ok......i AM totally new.....so i wanna know what informtion should i know about making a Mod.....like do i need to learn a language???? and what program do i write this lanuage in ????? and what kind of compilers do i need????? and stuff like......thnks 4 ur time.....

Well Man. I was once in your Postion. You need to Learn C/C ++ . To write Amxx Plugins you need to get the Pawn Editor which you can get here: http://www.amxmodx.org/downloads.php Click and download amx mod x "Studio" v 1.4.3 Then you need to go and read this article : http://www.amxmodx.org/doc/index.htm...%2Fscripts.htm That will teach you some of the basics. From there you will need to be a regular here and post your questions here in the scripting Help Section. To learn more in depth about what all is taking place in the actual coding you will need to check out some already pre made plugins. See what makes up a plugins then Check out this section of the Turorial :

You dont need Pawn Editor you can use notepad or eny other text editors out thare,
But you need a compiler.
You can download the base files or use the online compiler.
Its not C+/C++ its pawn-.-
Thare are a lots of tutorials out thare you even got wiki on your side.
Just look in this thread as greenberet said.

Well First just So you KNOW. If you read my post Correctly I said you need to get pawn editor Which I refered to as AMX MOD X STUDIO and I gave a link to DL. And of course I know its Pawn Language but Do you know that Pawn Language is C+/C++ just shortend and fixed for Small.(heres the Link to where you can read Pawn is C+: http://wiki.amxmodx.org/Pawn_Tutorial) Also you dont have to get a compiler http://www.amxmodx.org/webcompiler.cgi has a built in Compiler in there website.
