plug in doesn't load

My old topic got closed saying read the trouble shooting topic or what ever.. I DID......

It did not help me at all, I had the right folders in the right place but when I type meta list in console 0 plugins are running.. any one please help and don't close this...

Show us the contents of the addons/metamod/plugins.ini file

atleast change it to "No plugins loaded?"

and also make sure ALL the Amxmodx plugins are there.

I do think I am missing something.. maybe because when I try to install amxmodx and click on listen server it says I need to install the game.. but I already have cs installed.

Could anyone point me to the files I need to have please?

Did you install only the CStrike Addon pack? If so, Reinstall! Install the base pack first, then the addon

Omg.. I mentioned that it said I don't have cs installed.. thats why some files probably missing.. can you post a .rar file with them inside please?

Amxmodx installer is messed up somehow to me..

Ok I downloaded the cstrike folders and putted them in the addons/amxmodx/ folder..

I went to my listen server and it did not work?

In the plugins.ini it shows this:

First, download the base package. Then, download the CStrike addon. Install the base first, then the cstrike addon

Ok thanks it worked..

Last question.. this is off topic but I want to know.. wheres the compiler.exe? on the amxxstudio the compiler on top gives me an error.. and I can't seem to find just a compiler out here that works.
