I'm not sure why this particular file downloads corrupt in rare cases. Could I see a list of your extensions?

In the meantime you can grab the latest phrases from the core zip in the download thread.

Thanks, that's what I did as soon as I saw this, fortunately for now it seems to work (I don't have any error logs for the moment.)

My extensions:

Code:
bintools.ext.so
clientprefs.ext.so
dbi.mysql.ext.so
dbi.sqlite.ext.so
game.cstrike.ext.2.ep2v.so
game.tf2.ext.2.ep2v.so
geoip.ext.so
regex.ext.so
sdkhooks.ext.1.ep1.so
sdkhooks.ext.2.ep2.so
sdkhooks.ext.2.ep2v.so
sdkhooks.ext.2.l4d.so
sdkhooks.ext.2.l4d2.so
sdktools.ext.1.ep1.so
sdktools.ext.2.ep2.so
sdktools.ext.2.ep2v.so
sdktools.ext.2.l4d.so
sdktools.ext.2.l4d2.so
socket.ext.dll
socket.ext.so
topmenus.ext.so
updater.ext.so
webternet.ext.so
Hope it will help.

Regards,

St00ne.

Thanks, I thought you might be using Sockets. I'll look into it.

Confirming this bug is with Updater and Sockets. I'm not accounting for a scenario where the header separation chars are split between multiple packets. It's only 4 characters long which explains the rarity.

Edit: It exposed a few more potential problems. A temp fix has been applied to SMAC's update files.

Shall I try to use another extension than sockets? (if I find one which can replace it and be compatible with my plugins)

Sockets should be fine. I'll have to release an update to fix these. The issue is mainly with plain-text files.

From the description, it sounds like it's an issue with Updater.

So... this is going to be fixed in Updater, yes?
