Hello, I'm running a csgo server and one of my players requested that I do a server which allows people to chat freely and also run around shooting people. He gave a reference from a TF2 server, saying that theres a huge map with 2 seperate areas and the middle area is a "immortal" zone and people can just chat with each other casually. I have no clue what this plugin is called; if it is even a plugin, or is it just based off a map?

Like a trade server?

You could use something like Devzones for no-damage zones etc.
