I downloaded the Build "sourcemod-r1474.tar.gz", and the spcomp.exe was missing the .exe. That's the second time it has happened with a build.

.exe is never included with the .tar.gz, get the .zip

well, .exe is a Win16/32/64 native executable file format.
Though such kind of file can be executed under Linux via simulating tools like WINE, I recommend you not doing so~ especially for a compiler

Why would you bother? .tar.gz has a linux build of spcomp

I am no coder.... But if the compile.exe is there It just seemed wrong for the spcomp to be missing the exe. I will get the .zip from now on. Although the tar is what i was getting untill I noticed they would not compile.

On linux, use compile.sh. I will remove compile.exe from the Linux package.
