friends cant connect to server because map won't download

Hi, I've been trying to run a GOKZ server from my second PC and my friends can't connect to it. The map won't download to their PC like a regular community server, it just gets stuck at 0% downloading the .nav version of the map. I wasn't able to connect either until I added the map files to main PC and enabled sv_allowupload 1. Is there something I need to change or did wrong? I'm pretty clueless when it comes to running a server since this is my first time. Any help is appreciated

yeah I added it to my commandline in steamcmd and its working as far as I can tell right now.

I already had it entered with a text file but I guess I must of put it in the wrong folder or something.
