Can you show more code ? Full code if possible. You probably do something you should not.

Full code has 2k+ lines, its in JailBreak plugin by Joropito. I just modified 1 line, to change hands model... Thats it. And also this errors occurs only sometimes, not always, when you e.g. type restart in server's console. However i will attach this plugin here.
