I tried to make the host_timescale work without sv_cheats, but removing the FCVAR_CHEAT is not working. So I'm in confusion . Can anybody help me?

You can use SendConVarValue. It will work but with a few client prediction issues.

It doesn't work without sv_cheats.

You have to send a fake sv_cheats value first.

This value is not actually fake... it disables stats.
