Some one using my steam id to mess with server

Its been 2 days some one is coming from my steam to the server and changing name of the server, banning players etc, i dont know how he can come from my steam id, please tell me something i can do to fix this problem, by this he can come from the owner's steam id and can do anything to the server.
Here is the proof, in this screenshot you can see this guy has the same steam id as of Scooby Doo

Please make me a plugin which cannot let 2 same steam ids play at a time, or just give me how can i stop it

While I can't see the screenshot in question (work is probably blocking it), you could open addons/sourcemod/configs/core.cfg and change this setting (or add it if it doesn't exist):

Code:

    "SteamAuthstringValidation"    "yes"

Note: This is an experimental setting and will cause you not to have admin privileges if your server can't connect to Steam.

It was during the 1.5 betas, but was disabled by default in the 1.5.0 release and newer.

FYI, this thread is about GoldSrc. He created another thread in AMXX as well, which has been locked due to No-Steam

You should try to setup also password for your steamid's rcon commands or ip ban the hacker
