So the issue is that, FD for some people works great, but for others, it works like:
for 40 connections -> ONLY 2 times it is downloading the file from fast download url, and 38 TIMES from hlds serwer ;/

Any ideas why?
Oh, and also while connecting with developer 1, people, for whom FD doesn't work properly, have in console something like that:
Usins "serwer from sv_downloadurl" as download serwer, something like that... So everything works ok on server side ;/
That issue isn't only on one serwer, and not only one person have that problem...
I already changed FD serwer twice ;/

FD's are from the same hosting company as serwers, and main admin, doesn't have an idea why is like that...

When Fast Download is used the client connects directly to sv_fastdownloadurl. If the client's computer is unable to access the webserver at that time it will go back to the game server for the files. So, it sounds like your fast download web server may be unreliable.

But it;s like,
for player[1] FD is always reliable, and for
player[2] FD is reliable only 2/40 times. What can causing that?

EDIT:
For example, there is no relevance with IP becouse, when I'm in my family house I've got net provider X and have problem, and in my apartment, with net provider Y the problem is the same.
Oh, and FD server is in different place than HLDS server.

Ah, and important is that, via www.myfd.pl/cstrike/blabla.wad is downloading as it should every time
