Hello
I have encountred with problem when I enable voice
I have somthing like 22 css servers and it happens in all of them
If I disable the voice (sv_voice 0 ) the server works good
but when I return it (sv_voice 1 ) the server laggs
I dont belive its a plugin that make laggy while talking becouse it in all of the servers and all of them have different plugins
What should I do ?

You are either using the wrong codec or your servers just cant handle it when all people talk (bandwidth )

I asume codec issues tho.
Have you updated your server.cfg's after the orangebox update ?
