- Description -
With this plugin players can create and support clanwar without administrators. Leader clanwar start vote and if players said yes leader can manage server.

- Cvars -
cwm_minplayers 2 - min players for start vote
cwm_minplclean 2 - min players for reset password and leader
cwm_admvotetime 30 - cooldown vote again

- Commands -
say start - start vote leader
say /r - restart round
say /m - map menu
say /p - set password server
say /s - remember password
say /k - kick menu
say /s - change teams

Some one may use cheat method to get the Leader.

A couple things I noticed:

1. Use pcvars for all cvars.
2. Indentation!!!!!!
3. Since it's Counter-Strike only anyways, you can get rid of the colored_menus() stuff it will always be true.
4. "sayed" is "said" in English.

o0o, but it's allmost same...

And a advice. Its kinda har to remember /k, /p, /s and etc


So i advice you to make /help cmd, where clients can read what those cmds mean.

Or/and you can switch the cmd /k to /kick so people understand what ea cmds do. Lol.
