I've got sourcebans plugin on my server and I want to create another plugin whose purpose is to add some extra admins. The problem may occurs when my plugin and sourcebans will try to create the same "admin" ( I mean a user with extra privileges ).

I can make some if statement for "BindAdminIdentity" function to solve that kind of problems, but sourcebans doesn't support it ( plugin dosen't check what BindAdminIdentity returns, it assumes that it returns true ).

So the only solution is to ensure that sourcebans will add admins first, before my plugin, but how to do it?
