at the beinging of every round players get slaped to 1hp? me and some people were doing this today and it was fun for awhile, i told them i'd see if I could get a playin made somethign like that!

get custom map configs to use it on certian maps.

if not use Nicks aios plugin, and use amx_slapall 97

it leaves everyone on 1hp and is really funny
