Hello,

I am looking for a plugin that makes a player transparent (not completely invisible) when they have their knife equipped. when they switch their weapon to something other then a knife, they should go go fully visible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

See if this works... I'm not somewhere where I can test this, so test first before putting in production

Set color and transparency with this CVar:

"sm_kt_values" "R G B A"

example: "sm_kt_values" "255 200 255 100"
This would make them slightly purple and semi transparent. Or leave the first three at 255 to only adjust the transparency.

Don't forget to also set the transparency of the knife itself! I remember people being really freaked out at twenty hovering knives floating around the map.

I am a creature of not reading into things and taking them at face value I think maybe that's my way of teaching people to be thorough in what they request.
