How to add skins/models?

Hello, ive been wondering, how can i replace the skins/models from like te?
And so everyone in the server can see it?

But insted of telling clues why not just tell what to search?! Like how to add model so everyone can see?!

Well okay, but i have fixed the knife i wanted to be hands, fixed, but now its just player model, i will try that, but its with something steam id.. why not just replace. Well i will give it a try!

Eum. I dont get that with the steam id, do i have to change EVERYONE that joins steam id?!
Omg, isnt there something that JUST REPLACES!
