yet the bots are playing when no players on a team, people are in spectate and the bots are playing

are there other cvars? its on windows 10

'people are in spectate' so they are 'joined' and bots will join that is the reason bots are on... that cvar is only good if NO players are on the server, then NO bots should be either.... on top of this bots can still be added at anytime manually, or a plugin could be doing it..

in css its for when you are on a team only.

there isn't such a cvar in csgo? thats kinda low
