Can someone write a plugins "since no one will teach me small", to make the Spec_PIP window to pop-up while playing, to monitor players. I want this because I want to spec hackers while playing. Since I don't want to become a spectator, i'd reather have a PIP window come up.

Thats why i want it required for Admin acesses Level D. Only the most trusted admins will be able to use this. you will be like, amx_spec_pip h4x0r.

Why do you my posts always get like 3-4 replay by other people. SOMEONE MUST BE ABLE TO DO THIS! Since they dont wana teach me AMX.

I am quite sure that some of these guys would teach you SMALL coding for a fee... Hell, that were soliciting donations awhile back from server admins they must be short on cash.

Most computer classes are expensive so expect to pay a couple hundred USD minimum...
