Maybe you've deleted the english translations that contained the "#format"

I have replace in translations/hosties.phrases.txt by the translations/fr/hosties.phrases.txt

You need the "#format" lines that there in translations/hosties.phrases.txt because if not this error happens.

you should unzip all translations/ folder to your translations/ server folder for multilanguaje so that this error does not occur
