No offence, in my opinion, programing is not about knowing how many coding languages, it's about how to use the computer to solve the problem of reality. A man who knows lots of programming languages may still be a noob in programmig, and he can only be a code typer without thinking when "programming" or proper saying - "typing codes".

I agree. Knowing how to program is not the same as knowing a programming language.
If you know how to program, then the only thing you need to learn for the languages is their syntaxes.

I believe programming is problem solving. A good programmer is someone who can be told specifications and immediately figure out a way to get it done.

Not necessarily "immediately," it's more about knowing where to look and what to try and then what to try if that doesn't work to find the solution.

IMO

True, thank you for revising. I think it's called creativity.

There is only one ideal program each situation, and to achieve that it requires a good programmer, one that will refine his code as much as possible to get as close as possible to the ideal form. An ideal programmer will write the code directly into the ideal solution.
Wich gives the programmer a notion of SPEED when working and DIFFICULTY involved in writing the program.
But we could go on with this, we could have to define the ideal teamwork programmer. He would be the guy who will leave the ideal commentaries in his code or write the code in an ideally humanly understandable fashion.
Some of it may sound circular but I dont want to achieve any prise in philosophy...
These are just general definitions, nothing too fancy, no arguments at all its all summarized. (I can already see the angry replies)
