hi,

I have a strange problem with one of admins on my server. my setup:

"STEAM_0:0:123456"     "strong"      "bcefijmnopqrstu"       "c" ; "Venus"

for all other admins it works ok. for this admin it does not work at all:

as you see, the access colunm for admin Venus is empty. no slot, no admin rights, nothing.

Did the person login with the admin password?

she has properly configured password (setinfo "_pw" "strong" in config.cfg) but login process does not happen at all. I see no info about it in amxx logs. she just enters the server as a regular player.

Tell her to try manually entering the setinfo when she gets on the server. And why use a password if it's by Steam ID?

we already tried entering it manually.

steamid+passwd is for double protection. it already happened for us that one of admin accounts was stolen.

Change the "c" to "ac"

See if that works. If they get kicked, then they are not inputting the password correctly

I have this setup and it works fine with the 'kick' flag. Is there more than one 'setinfo "_pw"' in her config.cfg? Is her steam ID correct? Is the variable different than _pw?

without a password it works flawlessly. we are futher investigating this problem.
