Is there a plugin that has the feature, or is designed to, prevent those who have been auto-balanced from joining spectator and just waiting until they can rejoin their original team?
If this plugin doesn't exist, would someone be willing to make it?

Note: I was told, and see other reports of, this not working right or at all in the gScramble plugin. So, perhaps there's something else?
