[Request] for Admin more fun

Hello my english is bad so i will start. Yesterday i played with my friend's in my cs server and then i got a nice idea. why do all players get to have as much fun as us admins? Admins should get to have more fun; so listen this plugin must do this:
VIP:
1. Give armor each time round begins.
2. Give all grenades each time round begins.
3. Give full ammo each round
4. Give some money for killed enemies like 500$.
5. Give some HP for killed enemies like 10hp per kill.
6. Bullet damage but only for VIP.
7. Only admins (vip's) can buy snipers. If a sniper drops on the ground, only admins (vip's) can pick them up.
8. Say /vip and then people see the text "Only VIP players get to have a sniper."
9. Slot reservation in server.
10. Put VIP in front of their names;; like AdminVIP.amxx but they dont get VIP skin.
PS. Somebody please make this plugin. It will be cool

T flag need to have, that u be VIP.

People somebody? or its hard take:
adminVIP.amxx only for T flag
bullet damage only for T flag
Restrict plugin and do that its work only for normal players that only admin dont have restrict only for T flag
weapon plugin and do that its buy auto for T flag grenates, ammo and armor ,
Slot reservation ont T flag,
vampire plugin and do thats its forks for T flag but only 10hp up not 20 ,
GHW plugin for killin persong give 500$ oly for T flag
and create text that when say /vip write text? whit no flag

its so hard? somebody? plz create it all in one ;/

yeah i want this plugin to mayebey u are from lt because there is 2 servers in lithuania with this plugin

But no one creat this i postef many times to for this plugin

First off, slot reservation is already on B flag, so just give them that. As for the rest, all the Flags are seriously adding 1 line of code, I can do that.

Oo ill would be happy if you ill make into amxx ;) and add all into 1 ... 7 in 1

or just post link of the plugins what is in the pack

EDIT: Are you scripter? Please someone edit Bullet_Damage plugin ... this plugin works only for admins... only admins can see damage

Same for Vampire plugin ;)
