We are running CSDM 2.1 and it runs great, but one player has a problem with it:

He cant access the buymenu, and is probably a client problem. When the first menu CSDM:equip menu pops up he can press 1.
But when the CSDM: Secondary weapons should pop up, he gets the normal buymenu from cs, and not the CSDM menu, so most of the time he only has a knife.

CStrike 1.76 AMX Mod X Dev Team
CSX 1.76a AMX Mod X Dev Team
CSDM2 2.1 CSDM Team

He presses "1", but instead of the CSDM menu, he gets the buymenu from CS. He tried it like 30 times allready, over a period of 2 weeks, and i never could figure out why he said to me he couldnt buy a gun.
We had some nice arguments at work about it lol, until he said that he pressed 0 - Cancel with his mouse. Then i realised he wasnt getting the CSDM menu, but the default cs menu.
I have no idea if it has something to do with a client setting in his config.

this is an absolutely rare case. did u see his screen ? or you guess what he saw was a normal cs menu ? maybe let him record a short demo. as far as i know, csdm did perfectly about blocking client buy.

I would suggest also upgrade Your AMX X to 1.76c. To make sure he will be not buying anything, check if "normal" buying is disabled in csdm.cfg
If You want You can also test my beta I posted - it doesn't show the buy icon, so noone will be able to buy anything.

I payed him a visit after work yesterday, and checked out his config
It seemed that he must have done something wrong in the past, because it had a bind "1" "buy" instead of all the other numbers who had eg. bind "2" "slot2".
I think he had made an error with bind "F1" "buy" that also was in there.

So, case closed. Boys and their toys
