Aaaaand it kinda sux, no offence.

You're not even checking if the player has enough money, you could buy all those items with less than 5000$ or even no money at all.
This also isn't an admin command because you're not checking if the player has access, setting ADMIN_KICK doesn't restrict the command, you must use a function inside the command to block it if player doesn't have that flag, see admincmd.sma for information.

And also, the description is not informative at all.

So basically, you shouldn't release plugins without any experience, look at other threads, other codes... and learn first.
