Transfer Server when Join

How do I configure, when i join to my server AUTOMATIC transfer me to another serve?

Then it is possible to define when a player enters the server directly shows him Motd
With new IP and he can not cancel the Motd?

yeah its called Message Of The Day, configure it at your server directory => motd.txt
