Bomb Plant/Defuse Assist

Description
This plugin adds new feature when player plants or defuse the bomb nearest that team players are assistants who receive a rewards.

Cvars
Plant_Assist_AliveReq // How much need alive CT's to award players for planting assist (default: 3)
Defuse_Assist_AliveReq // How much need alive T's to award players for defusing assist (default: 3)

Plant_Assist_Distance // Furthest distance for assist while planting the bomb (default: 500)
Defuse_Assist_Distance // Furthest distance for assist while defusing the bomb (default: 500)

Plant_Assist_Award // Plant assistants award. 1 - Frags; 2 - Money (default: 2)
Defuse_Assist_Award // Defuse assistants award. 1 - Frags; 2 - Money (default: 2)

Plant_Assist_Reward // Plant assistants reward amount (default: 400)
Defuse_Assist_Reward // Defuse assistants reward amount (default: 400)

Credits
OneEyed - for admin check plugin players list.
Phant - for some new ideas.

Note. When changing plant/defuse rewards, take a look at reward amount to avoid from getting eg. 400 frags, or 1$ for assist.

What about enemies? Assistants got award even if no live enemies?
For example, all CT's dead, or 1 CT vs 5 T's situation and assistants of planting still got awards. It's easy. I think need to check this situations.

No maximum money check. Player can have > 16000$. Like that:
