Code:
[10] <FAILED> file "steamtools.ext.dll": The specified module could not be found.
[11] <FAILED> file "SteamWorks.ext.dll": The specified module could not be found.
I have been already deleted those modules, why they loads?

I'm guessing you are using the Updater plugin.

This plugin can use these 4 extensions:
Curl, socket, steamtools or steamworks

If you have one of them running you will not get an error from the plugin.

BUT it will still show these files in that list saying they are not there.

It is common to see some of these in that list.
