[REQ] Kill & LVL Surf System

I need a Kill & LVL Surf System which makes those things.

1.Kill Maps, you can kill others, godmode and semiclip is deactivated.

(like surf_ski, or what else...)

2. Only LVL Surf Maps, godmode and semiclip activated, and no Godmode Bug like you can shoot through walls ( http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=418409 )

(like surf_ninja , surf_mariorun etc.)

When a person can make it, I think it will be awesome ;)

lol to many bumps ..
u can use 1 set of plugins for each map
Create a folder "maps" in config and add plugins-mapname.ini for every map on your server
