If there's not translation phrases txt file how can I change the print text?

usually devlopers release there plugins with phrases.txt so what I need to change the print text was just modifying txt files.

But sometimes there's no phrases file. In this case, what can I do to change the print text?

You will need the .sp file and change the print and then recompile the plugin.
