As the tittle says, I think this would be even better if we can set a expiration time to any admin or vips in the database. when they reach to the expired time, sourcebans will remove all their flags and them back to an normal players (emty flag).

Can we make this ?

I can't tell you if it will ever be made directly within SourceBans - however, it is technically possible to do so.

However, is there any specific reason why you would like this added directly to SourceBans, rather than using some of the already existing systems?
As SourceBans doesn't handle your payments / financial transactions either, you would still need another system to run side by side with it, at least if you want "full" automation?

As I haven't tried it, I can't say anything good or bad - however, this one seems to be able to do what you want for you?

but people in my place not get used to paypal .... they donate item , that's why I need a simple addon for sourcebans to do it easier
