[changelog]
0.1.0
* First Public Release
[intro]
Thanks for trying out racplugin - the Source DS Anti Camp server plugin. This plugin performs the following functions:
* stops lame campers!
* works with CS:S, DOD:S and HL2DM.
* admin configurable anti camp positions.
* weapon drop (dod and cs:s) or weapon switch (hl2) for small camp offences.
* mega slap (cs:s and hl2dm) and health punishment for serial camping offences.
[requirements]
* Working Source Dedicated Server installation - CS:S, DOD:S or HL2DM only.
* Basic knowledge of server administration.
[new installation]
1. Copy the cstrike directory over your source dedicated server game directory. ie _in_ cstrike, dod, or hl2mp directories. This will put everything where it needs to go.
2. Add the command 'exec racplugin.cfg' (no quotes) to your server.cfg. This is not compulsory, but gives you a starting point for changing the settings.
3. Modify any cvars you wish to change in racplugin.cfg file.
4. Add the Steam ID's of your admins (or you!) to cfg/rac/rac_admins.cfg
5. Run the server.
[setting up anti camp markers]
1. Make sure your Steam ID is in the cfg/rac/rac_admins.cfg file!
2. Start the dedicated server and join as a player.
3. Join a team and move to the desired position you would like to mark as a no-go zone.
4. Type rac_addvec or bind a key to it and press that bound key.
5. To delete a marker, use rac_delvec. This will delete the last triggered marker.
6. To clear all markers, use rac_clearallvecs.
7. SAVE THE DATA! Use rac_savevecs to save a new <mapname>.racdat file. Note that this file will be automatically loaded when the server loads the map.
8. If you wish to see the nearest set of markers use rac_showvecs.
9. If you wish to reload the dat file, use rac_loadvecs.
10. If you wish to list the markers in the console, use rac_dumpvecs.
Note that these are all _client_ commands so don't bother trying them in the server console, and only people with Steam ID's listed in the rac_admins.cfg file can run these commands!
