I am still confused as to what I need to do.

What I want to do is for the server to automatically load Gungame + GG DM for GG and AIM maps, DM + Stripper for DM and FY maps and ZRiot + THC RPG + Props for ZM and ZH maps.

What do I need to do?

Install MetaMod: Source:

Other steps:
- Add maps to your server inside the maps folder (ex. cstrike/maps/)
- Rebuild your maplist.txt and mapcycle.txt with the maps you put on the server.
- Configure your server properly inside your server.cfg which you may need to make the file yourself (ex. cstrike/cfg/server.cfg)

Be sure to read each plugin/addon's install files/readmes to ensure that you are installing them correctly as well as configuring them properly. Don't rush to install things, take your time or you will run into issues if you are new to doing this.
