Hey everyone, I was wondering if someone could help me by explaining to me how to connect my web hosting to my domain that I have? If someone could help me out with step by step instructions or something.

Well you could do an HTTP redirect or a frame redirect. HTTP redirect and frame are through the host of your domain so figure out how they do such things, either do it yourself or contact them. Speak with your DOMAIN HOSTER (not web hoster as that is me :-)) about how to go about directing the domain to a secondary source.
