Several connections from the same IP (CS:S)

Hi all! I am new here and I am glad to be a part of this community. I have a question (maybe a bit stupid) about Sourcemod.
I have a problem with the users who are trying to connect from the same IP adress.. They get message "SteamID already in use". So my question is: Is it possible to fix this problem somehow? 'Cause I have a couple of friends who have a network and unfortunately they can't play on my server because of this problem.. Can you help me?

Have each person sign in using a different Steam account.

or just remove non steam crack

Have your friends each get their own Steam account and use that to play on your Steam server... Didn't realize it was that hard to understand my post. Or is it that you use Non-Steam?
