I saw earlier this plugin still in cs 1.5 and it looks very nice.

When is the last player in a team killed, everything slows down (camera not just models) like real bullet time and playing music from the "Matrix", Rob D. - Clubbed to Death.

I saw a similar plugin (bullet time) that only slows down models, but not the entire situation at the end of round. Is there something?
