Hi Guys, I Have a Problem with my server.

I have created a surf server on csgo and I have an issue with user logins. Each user must put these two commands in consol: Sv_allowupload 1
and sv_download 1, how can I remove these and not need users to put them in and download the files at the autodownload with no this two commands?
If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it.

Create a gamemode_*_server.cfg (Replace the * with the gamemode you are running) inside your cfg directory and add all the cvars you want to be changed there.
