And cvar for only * if set to 1 then server ask only with *

add a cvar to turning the questions for Dead or alive users or both.

Lot of redundant code inside the plugin.
Unaproved for now since you are inactive for undefined time.

Since the idea is cool and questions are dynamic, the plugin could be approved if code was ok.

Feel free to PM me or any approver when you have updated the plugin.
