Description:
Simple plugin that blocks frequent use molotov, vomitjar and pipe bomb.

Configurable cvars:

ThrowingAntiSpam_admintimeout "1" // 0 -> Enable timeout for admins, 1 -> Disable timeout for admins
ThrowingAntiSpam_timeout_type "1" // "0 -> Fix timeout, 1 -> Penalty timeout
ThrowingAntiSpam_molotov_timeout" "15.0" // Molotov timeout
ThrowingAntiSpam_vomitjar_timeout" "10.0" // Vomitjar timeout
ThrowingAntiSpam_pipe_bomb_timeout" "5.0" // Pipe bomb timeout

Added new version with penalty timeout.

How penalty work? Example:
ConVar molotov_timeout = 15s
1 throwing molotov = timeout 15s
2 throwing molotov = timeout 30s
3 throwing molotov = timeout 45s
...

Also included a L4D version (haven't fully tested yet though).

Installation:

For Left 4 Dead:

l4d_anti-grenadespam.smx goes in left4dead/addons/sourcemod/plugins/

l4d2_anti-grenadespam.smx goes in left4dead2/addons/sourcemod/plugins/
