A simple plugin to manage your TV in game.

Cvars
Edit this in [cfg/sourcemod/abner_tvmanager.cfg] that will be autocreated after first run
sm_tv_name - Default tv name.
sm_tv_record_name - Name when recording
sm_tv_record_path - Custom path to record demos.

In Game Commands
sm_record: Records a demo, if you do not specify a name the demo will be recorded with a pre-programmed name.
sm_stoprecord: Stop current demo record.
sm_tvsay <text> : Make tv talk (THIS IS AWESOME).
sm_tvname <name> : Changes the tv name.
sm_tvpassword <password> : Change tv password.

Not much of a point to limiting this plugin to CSS only, it would work in other games.

I have not had a chance to test on other games so I thought best to leave it as css, but theoretically should work on any game with SourceTV.

So, this is just a wrapper around the standard SourceTV commands (tv_record, tv_stoprecord, tv_msg) and cvars (tv_name, tv_password)?

Basically facilitates recording demos with !record, change the TV name in game (without the plugin tv_name only change on map change) and makes the tv talk in game with other players using !tvsay (tv_msg does not makes the tv speak in the game).
