Chat Icon Plugin.Plugin Made By REaL

Note: To capture the events of finding a player in the chat, the player on the button, Y and U additionally put bind commands plugin. The efficiency of the chat remains the same when you play on other servers. It follows that the plugin catches chat only with standard keys (Y / U) for communication.

Remove Bind_Delay, you cannot slowhack a user without their permission. Plus, bind has been blocked with the latest updates

Considering plugin feature cannot be made without slowhack, gonna trash this.
