True, but that would be of no use to me, i would prefer it to display everytime until i remove it, i was planning on using it as a way to display warnings to players that are breaking rules, like lets say i have issued a warn that will expire in 2 weeks, it would be nice if that player is getting a custom MOTD with the warn reason+other info instead of the regular MOTD.

I think he want's something like "http://stats.yoursite.url/index.php?id={STEAMID}", sorta like in http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=147193 . I am guessing that's what he wants.

Hi there is it possible to make it so you can type !popup and it shows list of players so you can choose who to send the popup to? since on my server players have names that is not made up of english letters!

Go into console and type "status". Locate the player with weird characters in their name and then look for their userID on the left.

thats one way to do it but it would be easier if the plugin author could coded so it shows the list of available players

Not really, there is then no (legal) way for the server to open a client's chat box.
