Use This Plugin and put this command in your server.cfg > nextmap_print_enabled "1". Works great for me!

Is this plugin still needed? With or without this plugin, after a vote, typing 'nextmap' will correctly show the next map. By setting 'nextmap_print_enabled 1' the next map will automatically be displayed in chat during freezetime before map change.

So, unless this plugin is providing additional functionality than I am remembering, this plugin is no longer needed ?
