This Plugin Is A Plugin That Can Save Props.

sm_save - Saves A Entity.
sm_changeskin - Changes The Skin Of A Entity.
sm_changecolor - Changes The Color Of A Entity.
sm_remove - Removes A Entity.
sm_walkthru - Makes It Where You Can Walk Through A Entity. 


This Plugin Works Best On Roleplay Servers. I Don't Recommend Using This On A Build.

This plugin looks like it has the same features as your posted plugin.
If you plan on making contributions please make sure it doesn't already exist somewhere else on the forum and that it isn't already built into Sourcemod.
