Description
A Simpel membermenu that may be useful to all members of your server, it does the following things:
Menu 1. Server Rules (/rules)
Menu 2nd Vote Menu. (members Only) 1. Vote Ban 2.Vote mute
You can use the menu in different ways. it is recommended to hnsmod

Tested with amxmodx 1.8.1.
