Try load manually, it should tell you the error or reason why not load

Try install Remove Lobby Reservation (When Full) by silvers

If that doesn't work either, try install older l4dtoolz version , which is 1.1.0.2
Older l4dtoolz is still working in both l4d1/2 windows/linux
