Those errors are for SDK
Tools, not SDK
Hooks.
Your base SM extensions, (bintools, geoip, possibly sdktools) are from a newer version of SM than you have installed.
Your sourcemod/bin/ and sourcemod/extensions/ directories are from different versions. You need to make sure that all files are from the same download. Stop the server completely, and replace all of SM with a freshly downloaded copy.
