Added support for all games. To do: separate plugins where:
1. hint texts become center texts (this is required for csgo, where hint texts and center texts are displayed in the same spot).
2. separate channels for hint texts and separate channels for center texts (for games where hint texts are not displayed where center texts are displayed, ex: counter-strike source)
