the plugin runs, but just does nothing, i have:
amx 1.8.2
metamod 1.21.1-am
orpheu 2.6.3
cvar util 1.6

i put in server.cfg ir_block_roundend "ghi" and also tried ir_active_api 0 and 1 but i still have round end, no logs and all metamod/plugins are working (also i have all needed signatures of orpheu)
