Well there are a number of reasons:

  • This plugin has protection for players who are chatting or afk (look at the wall)
  • There isn't a spawnprotection based on time, but till the player moves/shoots
  • This plugin is well coded
  • There are various cvars to configure it
  • There is a translation file for other languages
